Detailed Description of the Project

This urban study consists in the development of the coastal tourism in Zvërnec, Vlora District. The latest developments, regarding the construction of the third national airport of Albania in Akërni, have brought again in focus the Zvërnec area. This urban study for Zvërnec, combines the summer tourism with the requested touristic residences and accommodation, the agro tourism with ecotourism and cultural heritage tourism (Narta Lagoon). The project also considers the infrastructure and the economic development of the area.
