Çinar – San Group is a company that is interested in renewable energy generation sources at Vjosa River by investing and constructing Poçem Hydroelectric power plant project.

For this purpose GR ALBANIA have prepared the proposal and submitting for its consideration for further development of Poçem Hydroelectric power plant project based in

Albanian relevant legislation and all highest standards for dams, civil works, environment, etc.

The draft has been prepared to show a comparison of alternatives presented up to now and new alternative developed by Çinar – San which takes into account all partners involved.
