This project consists of: Implementation Project “Construction of the Hydropower Plant Cascade on Grabova River” Grabova 1 Hydropower Plant (14.9 MW) and Implementation Project “Construction of the Hydropower Plant Cascade on Grabova River” Grabova 2 Hydropower Plant (10.8 MW).
The Grabova stream to Devolli River in the 349.3m quota has a catchment area of ​​F = 78.53km2, while to the axis of the water intake we have this surface: Water intake No.1 has a catchment area of F1 = 40.5km2 and Water intake No.2 has a catchment area of F2 = 13.02km2 of supplying HEC-GRABOVA 1, and the median height of this basin is about 1362 m asl. Grabova stream is the right branch of the Devoll River and flows to 113 kilometer from its discharge to the sea. The stream of Grabova is actually formed by the union of two streams, relatively water, in front of the Kopaçi ravine, below the Upper Grabova village. They are the stream of Valamare, which flows from the western slopes of the Valamara valley and the Çuma river, which takes its start from the eastern, southern and western sides of Çumë mountain and comes from the right side of Valamara.
