Detailed Description of the Project

The proposed project for “CTF Office Extension” provides the construction of a new office building near the existing building at Central Treatment Facility (CTF) of the Company Bankers Petroleum Albania Ltd, constructed with Construction Permit Approved by the Decision of NCT no.4, Dated 04.07.2013. In the proposed area to be constructed there are currently three other buildings built.
The proposed project for the new building for the extension of the offices of the company Bankers Petroleum Albania Ltd. foresees the construction of a new building to increase the office spaces. The building will have a total area of 2660 m2 divided into two floors with an equal surface area of 1330 m2 each.
The new building will be 66.46 m long and 20.16 m wide. There are 48 steel columns with distance 6m in one direction and 6.6m in the other one. Since we are in a flat area, the excavation part is only necessary for the construction of the foundation of the building.
The main idea of the project is that the building must be prefabricated and easily assembled and disassembled.
